[Gnome-print] non-nls build prob

when building gnome-print-0.32 it failed in function:
gnome_font_face_get_sample

with several undefined symbols related to locales.  i'm 
sorry i don't have more details but i had to just rebuild 
with nls enabled.

i may look into this later when i rebuild all of gnome with 
no locales.
