[Gnome-print] OMNI port to GNU Make

I just wanted keep everyone posted on this.

I offered mark that we (ximian) could port OMNI to GNU Make,
since it is what the vast mayority of the Free SW proyects use
and what the community knows how to handle.

So the status is :
- Mark sent me the latest tarball
- I've fwd. it to Peter Teichman (peter@ximian.com) who is the
  leader for the build team
- Peter is going to find some time for doing this as they are
  pretty busy now. He wants to discuss this with Nat.
- As soon as Peter (or anybody in his team) gets this done, he
  will send me or Mark a patch.
