[gnome-print] profiles / cups

i readed the profiles api code and i don't think that writing a profile 
file with cups printers is the best way, since cups gets dinamically all 
printers available in the network neighborhood
but i can add to gnome_printer_get_profiles (void) code to get always a 
fresh list of printer available in the system and add them to the list 
with the correct output line
