outstanding patches

libgnomeprint* seems to be a little neglected recently? Is that likely to get
better soon? Would the maintainers like to delegate a little authority to me
to commit simple patches, though I am only now becoming familiar with
libgnomeprint*? We also need to branch now that 2.4 is out.
