Are recent changes in 2.8.0

are the recent changes (mostly from Owen I think)
for better Pango vs. gnome-print integration in
the 2.8 release at:

http://ftp.gnome.org/pub/GNOME/platform/2.8/2.8.0/sources/

or only in CVS HEAD?
