Yes, probably. (I am flirting with the idea of blowing away all .la
files, but it's only done in a couple packages right now.)
You shouldn't need libbonobo.la unless you built some other library
against bonobo when libbonobo.la was installed, thus creating a
dependency in the .la file for that library. At least AFAIK... I'd be
interested to hear of other cases where libtool thinks it needs this
file.
