Problems with Gnome

Hi 
My name is Johann Stig I'm from Colombia my english is not good, but I wait that you understand me. 

I have RedHat 7.1, when I start up my Gnome this don't work just stop. This happens when is starting the panel. The bugs appear when my screen shows that the panel is starting. It shows the follow message, "the panel is starting ...... done", and then it stops, just stops. What can i do ??
