update your jhbuild

I've just updated the gnome-shell jhbuild moduleset to include gconf,
because gconf master now has support for properly handling schemas in
other prefixes. However, you need the latest jhbuild too, to set the
environment variables to make this work. So you'll want to update and
rebuild jhbuild itself.

Then, if you do a "jhbuild build -f -a -c", it will rebuild mutter and
gnome-shell such that they can actually find their own schemas, although
there won't really be any noticeable change yet since we'd already
hacked them to do the right thing when they couldn't find their schemas.
But there will be more gconf usage soon (eg, sidebar configurability).
