Gvc constructor problem

hi all, i've a problem to create mine *Gvc.MixerControl* class, i'll try to implement this into my extension in _javascript_; here is the code i use:

when i create the object that remains in the _connecting_ state; what is the correct procedure to create it? thx, 8y3
