[REPLACE] gnome-panel icon

It's just like the old one, just:
      * uses current Simple theme color
      * uses GNOME2 foot
      * it's a little bigger then current

Can someone replace it on CVS (it should be in gnome-panel actually,
don't gnome-desktop), please?
