ftp backend changes

I just commited some work by me and laszlo kovacs to gnome-vfs and
libgnomeui. Now the ftp authentication dialog supports both anonymous
and user/password logins. Plus, I fixed various problems with the ftp
code and made it faster and better.

There was quite a lot of changes, but ftp never really worked that well,
so I doubt there was any regressions. :)  However, it would be nice if
people tested the new code a bit and report problems or issues with it.
