I really hope this isn't actually meant to be secure, and to safe-guard
the company secrets. Because it is not/will not.
You can just recompile gnome-vfs, hack that function to always return
true, and adjust your LD_LIBRARY_PATH.
But then, the same could be said about gconf mandatory settings and
lock-down.
