Hi,
Support has been added to HAL for loading ISO9660 Joliet volume labels
if available, however, it seems gnome-vfs2 still loads this up itself
directly as well causing Nautilus and the Gnome Panel to display
likely incorrect volume labels for discs that have Joliet SVD's.
I've created a patch to the gnome-vfs that scans for an SVD, and if
available, uses its label instead if UTF-16BE to UTF-8 conversion of
the label succeeds, otherwise, falls back to current behaviour.
I've attached the patch, and example desktop icon images before
("_____") and after ("내 디스크") the patch.
I hope this is seen as useful behaviour to have.
Leon
