short-circuits the need for an event processing timer by not matching
moved_from and moved_to events (doesn't hurt because we don't deliver
them anyways.)
Can we get this commited? It sounds like a major win. (I can't really
review this code, because I don't really know it.)
I will be testing it tonight and will commit it soon.
