New set of comps.

In the light of the inactivity here lately, and the fact that we're getting
closer to the 1.4 release, and hoping to actually have a new site for that
time, I sat down and did some new comps. These are based on my previous comp,
which it seemed people liked, but it's cleaned up a bit, and expanded, and I
also added a themable "nature" touch to the header, which is really easy to
add to. I've included four such themes for reference. Note that the GNOME
logo changes color a little to match the images, which gives a pretty
agreeable impression in general.

The first is the whole page, the following ones are just the top (which is
all that changes).

I'm hoping we can move quickly on deciding a design now, so we can actually
start implementing.
