Broken link on developer.gnome.org

Hopefully this is the right place to report this.  If not please let
me know if there's a better place.

The "GTK+ 2.0 Tutorial" link at
http://developer.gnome.org/doc/tutorials/#gtk currently 404s.  It's
pointing to http://www.gtk.org/tutorial/ but I think it should be
http://library.gnome.org/devel/gtk-tutorial/stable/
