Hey,

I am still around to take care of the Online Accounts panel.

I used to also work on Background, but I am trying to slowly hand it
over to somebody else.  Towards that end, I am reviewing Julien's
patches that revamp the panel to implement a new design that's nicer
and fits with the new shell.  Felipe had also expressed interest in
Background, so, hopefully, it will be in good hands.

I have gotten a bit overwhelmed with various things.  I expect things
to calm down a bit after the 3.27.90 release next week, after which
I'll be able to go through the pending patches and bugs backlog.
