new BETA3 works fine. tested with freshly compiled SID 20030802.CVS-3
(hehe, my numbering goes along with BETA-releases currently *g*)

compile for sid/sarge is done. packages are being uploaded now to
mirrors. woody as of now still has compilation problem with openh323 due
to pwlib headers. hope this one is fixed soon ;)
