Hi,

this is probably the last time I send such a mail to that list.

This last version is not very different from RC3+alsafix (the one
released by dominance):
* the inclusion of contain.inl has been moved from plugins.h to all
plugins to solve build issues in debug mode;
* the manager has more PTRACE messages, for better error reporting.
