That bandwidth limit is a bandwidth limit for audio and video codecs. It
will act on both. For example, if your bandwidth is 128k, and you are
using G.711 (64k) for audio reception and transmission, video
transmission and reception will be cancelled because it would overload
the specified bandwidth.
