Hello to all,

Josep reported me a big bug: GM is failing to work at Large Size. That
crashes OpenH323 in the H.261 encoder.

I made a cut and paste error last week-end and I'm initiating the
grabber at 288x288 instead of 352x288 (what H.261 is expecting). I have
fixed it in CVS, but I will ask to all packagers having made a CVS pack
of GM to regenerate it.
