Hello,
Speed dials have been added to CVS.
What is a Speed Dial and how do I use it?
A speed dial is a numerical shortcut like on normal phones when you
decide that Memory 1 is for your girlfriend with phone number x.y.z.
You can add a speed dial to anybody in the address book; then in
GnomeMeeting you use the speed dial number followed by a # to indicate
that you want GM to look in the speed dials and call the user.
Still to do :
- warn the user if another user with the same speed dial already exists
when he adds or modify a contact
- check my gslists
- display a message when the user corresponding to the given speed dial
is not found
It works of course with your phone if you are an happy quicknet card
user.
