I have implemented Hakon's excellent idea, mixed with Kilian excellent
idea too, about a way to quickly dial people.

It works that way:
- when you are adding a speed dial to somebody, that person is
automatically listed in the Call menu
- if you select that person in the Call menu, that person will be
called, or the call will be transfered to that person if you already
were in a call with somebody else

Of course, there are tests to do:
- removing a speed dial from somebody should remove it from the list
- adding a speed dial to somebody should add it to the list
- removing a group containing people with speed dials should remove
those persons from the list if they are not present anymore in any group
- other things I forgot

I also fixed a bug discovered by Johnny. GnomeMeeting was reacting very
badly when put in Auto Answer and when you were calling yourself ;)
