You can't remove the old keys, because people may use the same home
directory with multiple GNOME versions.

You have to create new keys (with _different_ names) and leave the old
keys as they are. Simplest way is to change from /apps/gnomemeeting to
/apps/gnomemeeting2 or something like that.
