Hi!
Sorry for the delay, here are my comments.
** Sure, alternative 3 is fair enough. After all, it would be a one-time manœver to assign a "favourite" so it shouldn't be a problem how it's done. But does this mean that there will duplicates for each favourite?
** In one way, "favourites" is my first vote because I believe (?) it's used in similar manners elsewhere. But then I started to think maybe it could be a little controversial to put the label "favourite" on a person, and not on others? :)
If you think that too, then I guess I vote for "Quick contacts".
** Putting the list in the Calls menu is also OK, I assume new users would understand to look there.
