Hi,

In my fake screenshot, I presented three images on the right side. I
would like that these three pictures represents people in front of their
webcams. Enverybody is doing conference with each others.
There is a different volume slider to set the sound volume for each
person, but it might not be necessary.
Next to the middle picture, there is a little icon representing a
speaker. On this one there are small half circle representing that this
person is speaking, not the other ones.

This is really that I would like to see, but maybe that it's not
possible with gnomemeeting or gaim to do something like this... I just
presented the program that I would love to use.
