Most of the files are corrupt in the archive.

For the "make call" problem :
- I see no problem in the log, so what is the problem you have?

For the "get call" problem :
- GM doesn't receive any connection attempt. Does it work if another
machine on your LAN calls you? Are you behind a NAT router?

Those problems are still a bit vague to me...
