While we are talking over UI and simplicity i have another idea:
I think you should add a step "Add your accounts" to the configuration
wizard. In this step should just be a button that brings up the
account's settings window.
The reason is: If you install a softphone you most likely you want to
start using it immediately. You don't want to click in menus to finish
configuration. This makes it easier for newbies to start.
