This will put define things like PACKAGE, VERSION and such, which will 
give warning later when compiling gnomemeeting : I suggest that once the 
file is installed, everything after (including) #define PACKAGE be removed.

Many warnings means :
1. slower compilation ;
2. the risk not to see an interesting warning.
