Hello,

I was reviewing all the options of GnomeMeeting, and I thought that the
option named "Enable Video Reception" was not very intuitive for users.

My purpose is to keep GM simple but powerful, not cluttered by options
for experts who will be happy to have them, but who will not use them :)

That option allows to reject incoming video from a remote endpoint. It
has already lead to strange remarks from some users who do not
understand it.

I propose to remove that option.

Any objection?
