Hello,
now  that we have command line parsing for win32 in CVS - not yet in ekiga.zip 
- it would be nice to have debug output comparable to that of Linux versions. 
That means we have to enable PTRACING in opal. In my win32 Makefile I 
configure with
opal/config.status: binaries opal/configure
	(cd opal/; CXXFLAGS="$(CXXFLAGS) -DPTRACING" ; \
	./configure $(confflags)  > configure.log 2>&1 \
	)
