I am compiling ekiga (so far with no luck, but I'll get beyond that).
I made a ./configure, make and make install on opal, pwllib, but later saw I forgot some switches that should have been added to ./configure according to the site (like: --enable-opal etc).
My question is: when I do the process all over (i.e. another ./configure with the right switches, then make, then make install), does this automatically overwrite what was installed the first time when I did it wrong? Or is there a switch I have to give "make install" to make it overwrite? Or do I have to manually remove the installed files?
Thanks. Joey
