Hi Daniel,
I perfectly understand you can not accept this answer, and I respect
that decision. However, I have not coded in OPAL or Ekiga since more
than two weeks as I was busy with the FOSDEM and with documentation.
The problem is the following:
- the release has to be done in 2 weeks, everything has to be ready by
that time, not only Ekiga but also all services around it.
- your problem is recurrent, but still I can not reproduce it. I change
my IP address regularly, and Ekiga still works as expected.
- there are other problems that I consider as MAJOR, while I consider
your problem as MINOR.
Clearly, and unfortunately, I do not have the time to fix your problem,
or even enough information to be able doing it.
There is only two ways to have that problem fixed:
- somebody provides a patch
or
- somebody provides a clear way to reproduce it (telling me just put
your laptop in hibernation is not a good way to reproduce it as my
laptop doesn't support suspend/resume).
Sorry Daniel, I really appreciate your help in testing things, and I'm
really respectful for what you have done so far for Ekiga, but I do not
have the time to investigate on that problem further.
