[GnomeMeeting-devel-list] cancel sip account reregister timeout after ACPI/APM wakeup

on back to C sip accounts do not get reregistered due to timeout.

pls ask /sys and /proc power states and cancel the reregister timeout timer 
respectively.

or just let it try reregistering further, without giving up for good.

needed especially for laptops.
