You are right, it is SIP-compliant, but we're not actually trying to
CANCEL the registration request -- if the CANCEL succeeded there would
be a problem!
I've posted a bug report. Unfortunately no patch -- I only started
trying to use Ekiga this evening so had never looked at its source,
let alone that of OPAL.
