1) cd /usr/src/linux
2) untar newnat code
3)  patch -p1 newnat
4) Download and install new iptables
5) untar h323 patch into iptables patch-o-matic dir
6) cd patch-o-matic
7) ./runme
8) skip to h323 patch and run
9) cd /usr/src/linux
10) make menuconfig - add h323 module, recompile kernel, recompile and 
install modules, run lilo, reboot
11) modprobe ip_nat_h323 and ip_conntrack_h323
