You have still installed the wrong header files somewhere. To find it, copy 
the last command executed by make (starting with g++ and ending with '-c 
videograbber.cpp' and append '-H | grep videoio.h' to it. This will give you 
the file which is included. The missing function mentioned above is part of 
the patched pwlib available on gnomemeeting.org.
