I don't really know what are the minimal requirements, but when I
started to code, I could make it run on an old laptop with 32Mb RAM and
a 133MHz CPU.
Perhaps is it not enough, or perhaps do you have some driver hardware
problem.
Running GnomeMeeting with the --debug command line option will give you
the debug output and tell you what can be wrong. Let's hope it helps.
You can also send me privately the output of --debug, and I can help you
to find why it disconnects.
