No, we can't be sure.
I'm just sure that Netmeeting is the cause, unfortunately, and that
Netmeeting is not opensource, so there is not much we can do about it...

Perhaps try to start video from the beginning, not during the call, I'm
not sure GnomeMeeting deals correctly with that, I never tried.
