Re: [GnomeMeeting-list] I want my users advice

I Like the look of both...The first one is nice and compact wich is good..I love runing heaps of apps and big clumsy apps just clog up my screen...I think having the toolbars broken up and having both horizontal and vertical is a good use of space. I think a lot of people get carried away with "ease of use" I doubt very much any one would have called a model-T-ford easy to use...and even today people have to learn for months to drive a car...what is this obsession with everyone to make computers so dumb perhaps we should concentrate on making users smarter...has anyone ever thought of that? I think the gnome meeting interface is just right...easy to use but the real configuration options are never far away...thats my bit of rant for the day.

Hi all,

I'm playing a bit with the GM design.
I really want your advice to know what to do.
Do you prefer :
1) http://linuxzone.ath.cx/test1.png

Small look, the old control panel sections (Audio settings, video settings, ...) can appear as separate windows around gnomemeeting but not anymore in the main UI.

2) http://linuxzone.ath.cx/test2.png
Former Look but the vertical toolbar has been replaced by a small one
and by an horizontal toolbar with an URL handler like Galeon

3) The old look of the toolbars.

I like the new icons! I'd have to say i like the neat look of the first
screenshot myself.
