you have to copy libpt_linux_x86_r.so.1.2.5 as libpt.so in /usr/lib

You should wait for the next release of GnomeMeeting.
But I don't understand why you are compiling GnomeMeeting.
Simply compile pwlib, and copy the generated lib as libpt.so in /usr/lib
and your old gnomemeeting will run without any problem.

This is wrong, you have to use OpenLDAP.

Because your installation is completely messed up.
