Hi Hakon, 

PWLib = PTLib.
Simply, if you untar pwlib in /opt/pwlib, ptlib headers will be in
/opt/pwlib/include/ptlib...
It should be enough to install the pwlib-dev package.

Btw, 0.93 should be released next week.
