According to a package description in debian:

"Docker is a docking application (WindowMAker dock app) which accts as a
system tray for KDE and GNOME2. It can be used to replace the panel in
either environment, allowing you to have a system tray without running
the KDE/GNOME panel."

The url for docker seems to be: http://icculus.org/openbox/docker/

So, please, tell us if the tray present in GnomeMeeting => 0.93 works
for you under WindowMaker with docker.
