[GnomeMeeting-list] display negotiated codecs

I think it would be useful to somewhere within GnomeMeeting display
the audio/video codecs that were negotiated for the current call.
Maybe this could go on the Audio and Video control panel windows,
since it's not a "must-see" item all the time.  I think it must
be possible to find out what got used via the debug output, but that
scrolls off the screen pretty quickly.

By the way, I just got GnomeMeeting running last night under Debian
and it's an impressive piece of work.
