[GnomeMeeting-list] resize local window

finally 0.94.1 works with netmeeting really good
 audio is clean and video too, but i have this problem:
when i open a local window for my video i am not  able to resize it and 
it is to large after  some trying  the size is to small about 5-10 % but 
i improve one cm after ten times.

second question when i try full window i am not able to turn to the 
normal size wich are the button i have to press
