That crashes indicate a corruption in the openh323 libraries.
That is very classical.
You compiled openh323 without removing the old openh323 library and the
old headers. Same for pwlib, and then you compiled gnomemeeting and it
used a mix of old headers and links to a new library.

Please clean your installation before compiling openh323/pwlib and
Gnomemeeting.
