i am using Red Hat linux 7.2, and i want to install gnomemeeting 0.93.1.
first i download the three pwlib, openh323, gnomemeeting i386.rpm packages from the www.gnomemeeting.org. but when i install them , it appears the question," many libraries are need",i can't find the solution.
so i download the three source tar gz packages, and begin to compile them according to the gnomemeeting FAQ. the pwlib and openh323 packages are success, but when i compile gnomemeeting,
first i use "./configure --prefix=/usr --sysconfdir....... etc",
but it comes the message "pkg-config package not found" and so on
so i download the pkg-config 0.9.0 package and install it ,and i begin recompile the gnomemeeting 0.93.1,it still the following question:
checking for pkg-config... /usr/local/bin/pkg-config
checking for libgnomeui-2.0 >= 1.112.0 linc >= 0.5.0 libbonobo-2.0 >= 2.0.0... Package libgnomeui-2.0 was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `libgnomeui-2.0.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
No package 'libgnomeui-2.0' found
configure: error: Library requirements (libgnomeui-2.0 >= 1.112.0 linc >= 0.5.0 libbonobo-2.0 >= 2.0.0) not met; consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if your libraries are in a nonstandard prefix so pkg-config can find them.
i download the libgnomeui 2.0 src and install it ,but it failed with the samely question with the above.
Do anybody know what's the meaning ? and how to solute it ?
