I have dsp link to dsp0
and I have dsp1,dsp2,dsp3, dsp56k files. I dont see anyother program uses it.

Try to do a lsof /dev/dsp (if your soundcard is /dev/dsp) in order to
check what program is using the soundcard when it happens.
