He is at least right about the documentation.
The FAQ is very complete compared to other projects I think, but a good
user manual is still missing.
Unfortunately, I can't do everything... But I promise I'll do my best
before 1.0 to have a decent user manual when pressing on the "F1" key ;)
Now, for the installation problems, it is highly "Linux-distribution"
dependant. I think that there is no distribution yet that is easy to
install and easy to maintain. You can find one, but not the other.
