Hi Derek,
i have purchased a new camera which uses the spca501 chipset and it pads
out the image fine so there is no need to define size. so if we leave
the hint just specifying the color palette it will work fine. it looks
funny padded but is fine. i would have thought it would have centered
the padded image. maybe its too hard to do.
